Suspicious white vehicle

Hi Neighbors -

We have seen a suspicious white 4 door sedan, grand am or similar, late model (maybe late 80’s or early 90’s). The occupants look pretty strung out, there are usually 3 of them, a white mail driver – 50’s. The other two occupants are a white female and an african american male. We see them at dusk and dawn on various blocks, and they truly appear to be up to no good.  I have yet to get the license plate, but when I do, I will forward the info on. Has anyone else seen this vehicle?
